Too many organizations spend a lot of time and money measuring how busy everyone is. But activity does not necessarily correlate with value delivery. Measuring outcomes helps leadership focus the team on goals. The EBM course discusses ways for leaders to determine the right goals to measure: the goals will really translate to customer value.
