There are many misunderstandings about the Scrum Master's role. Are they a team administrative assistant? Should they close stories on behalf of Developers? In this course, we examine those misunderstandings and discuss how Scrum Masters add value to the organization.
This class includes activities designed to enhance learning. It’s not just a lecture. The purpose of this class is to make you a better Scrum Master or (for leaders) to help you understand how the Scrum Master adds value to your organization.
