Professional Scrum Product Owner

The Product Owner’s primary purpose is to maximize the value of the product resulting from the Scrum Team’s work. Product Owners must understand the organization's business strategy and use that information to create the vision and strategy for the product. They decide on the most critical work. They create a single, ordered list from which the Scrum Team will pull its work. That might sound straightforward, but the Product Owner must weigh competing business, technical, and customer needs. It’s anything but easy.
The Product Owner accountability is a position of strategic importance to the organization. They need outstanding communication skills for continuous collaboration with stakeholders. They will continuously maintain the product roadmap, listing the most valuable items for the Scrum Team to complete.
