Service Description
Scrum is a framework within teams collaborate together to deliver complex products. The key word there is 'product'. Have you ever taken a step back to define products for your organization? So many organizations go Agile within their current team structures. And that's great. There is value to be had from that. But it can result in teams which consist of people with all the same skillsets. Sure, they can collaborate together more effectively, but structuring your value delivery by specializations within your organization can result in a high number of dependencies and handoffs from team to team, which can slow value delivery. For teams to be truly cross functional, we need to first ask ourselves, as an organization, what are our products? What are we trying to accomplish as an organization? Are our products aligned with our organizational priorities? The Product Definition Workshop from Rebel Scrum will give you the skills and the steps that you need to help your organization to define products. Done right, this exercise can transform your organization, remove unnecessary roadblocks and help your teams focus on value for your customers. This is a one-day workshop facilitated by Mary Iqbal, experienced Agile Transformation Manager for Wisconsin's largest Health Benefits Provider. Mary has worked with leading organizations including the Hoover Institution of Stanford University to improve organizational agility. Mary is the organizer of Scrum Day Madison, an annual event featuring an incredible lineup of keynote speakers who are thought leaders and practitioners in the field of Scrum.
