Unplanned Work

No matter how much a Scrum Team plans, there are times when someone asks them to undertake unplanned work mid-Sprint.  When that happens, the Scrum team needs to respond appropriately depending on the priority and size of the unplanned work.  This class discusses how Scrum teams can react when unplanned work comes their way.  This course can be given in 2-4 hours and has a minimum class size of five participants.  Available remotely or in person.
